What's the difference? Comparing Photo Booth Rental Companies
Many times we have couples call us and say "Well your "X" package is only $X at XYZ Photo Booth"...they are usually calling to tell us that the competition is cheaper and yes they are sometimes...however sometimes you do get what you pay for! All companies and all booths are not created equal!
We put a lot of effort into our customer service and keeping our photo booths and technology updated to create a better photo booth experience for you and your guests!
There are 4 main things that make some of our competition cheaper:
1. They do not do this FULL time! Many companies are run "on the side" by a DJ or wedding photographer or even someone who isn't otherwise involved the industry at all. The "PART time" companies can be difficult to get ahold of when you have the time! We pride ourselves on having full time staff to be available to answer your questions.
2. The camera equipment isn't the best it could be...in fact some companies use a webcam!
3. The booth itself is sometimes just a back drop with a curtain versus an actual booth!
4. The technology is old and outdated. We are always looking for ways to improve our computer and camera programs to give the best possible photo booth experience. In fact, we are working on some pretty exciting stuff right now that we hope to roll out in January at our wedding expos!
Now, I'm not saying there aren't some other good companies out there but these are just some reasons that we may not always come in at the cheapest! But, we are definitely worth it and deliver an awesome photo booth experience!
