WHAT IS IDLE TIME?
It's an additional hour that we are setup onsite but not running the booth. We can take this break at any point during the event, but for a wedding this is usually directly following the cocktail hour. This hour does not count against your run time!
Extras
Each Additional Hour — $150
Sometimes we are scheduled to stop shooting before your event ends. Often the client realizes what a hit the booth has been and asks us to stay. For this reason we offer you the easy ability to extend the use of the photo booth for as long as you want - just let the technicians know and they will be happy to stay.
Props — $100
Want to add a little extra pizzaz to the photo booth photos? Rent a prop chest for $100 - regardless of the length of event. Props are a great way to add fun to your event.
Flash Drive — $150
Some of our packages include a flash drive, but you can add one to any package. The flash drive will have two folders: one with all of the photo strips and one with all of the individual pictures. We take our photos at 10 megapixels, which can be enlarged nicely to 8x10 prints.
Plastic Protective Sleeves — $75 / $150 with magnets
Many clients are worried that the photos will be damaged after they are printed. We offer flexible plastic sleeves, that can come with or without magnets, to protect the photos. Our pricing includes 200 sleeves. The price doubles if they come with magnets. Need more than 200? Let's talk.
Reception Place Cards — $200
When using the photo strips as favors for the guests, some clients like to have a card on each place setting that lets the guest know what their favor will be. These cards alert the guests that there is a booth for them to use and that the resulting photos are their favor. This includes the plastic sleeves above.
Save the dates — $150
Looking for a great tie in to the photo booth before your event? Our save the dates are created by choosing four photos from your past that are formatted onto a glossy photo strip with a message to your guests at the bottom, all on a magnet. Included are 100 envelopes for each save the date magnet.
Additional Set of Prints — $150
We can print up to three prints at a time. This is a great feature for events where you are expecting large groups of people on a regular basis, or you want multiple copies to save as a keepsake.
Custom Booth Door Colors
You can even customize the curtain color for the booth door. Silver is our default option, but we offer all of the colors below. Click the swatch that you like from below to find the name of the color for use when ordering.
