Your photo booth logo is the custom design that appears on every photo strip and digital image. It typically includes names, dates, hashtags, or event branding. Our in-house design team creates this for you at no extra charge — just share your ideas and we'll make it happen.

Photo booth rental costs vary based on the booth type, event date, and rental duration. Our packages start with 2-hour minimums and include a dedicated attendant, unlimited prints, custom photo layout design, props, and an online gallery. Peak wedding season dates (May–October Saturdays) are in higher demand.

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before the event. We accept all major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments. Specific deposit amounts and payment terms will be outlined in your contract.
The sooner the better! Most people book 6–12 months in advance, but we're flexible and can often handle last-minute requests too. We're currently taking reservations up to three years in advance, so if you've got a date in mind, lock it in early — especially for peak wedding season (May–October).
We begin setup about 90 minutes before your event starts, so everything is ready to go on time. Breakdown starts immediately after and takes about 30 minutes. Setup and breakdown are included at no extra cost. Once the booth is set up, it cannot be moved unless arranged in advance.
Here's what we need: one vendor meal (if you're serving food), one parking spot per booth, a 10' x 10' space, 8.5' ceilings for the backdrop, one standard electrical outlet, and a table with linen (6' or 8'). Wi-Fi is preferred for digital sharing but not required. We'll communicate all requirements clearly before your event.
Yes, but with some conditions. Our booths need to be protected from direct sun, wind, and moisture. A covered tent or pavilion works great for outdoor events. We'll work with you to find the best placement for optimal lighting and guest flow. Let us know your venue and we'll advise on the best setup.
It depends on the booth type! Our Open Air booths can easily fit 10+ people in a single shot. The Mirror Booth works best with 2–6 people. The 360 platform fits 2–4 guests comfortably. The beauty of our open-air designs is there's no cramped enclosed space — everyone can jump in for the fun.
Yes! Every rental includes a friendly, professional attendant who will manage the booth, assist guests, handle props, and ensure everything runs smoothly throughout your event. They'll keep the energy up and make sure every guest has an amazing experience.
In most cases, yes! If you'd like to extend the booth time, just let the attendant know. Extra time is billed per hour and subject to availability. We'll do our best to accommodate you so your guests can keep the fun going.
Yes. Our open-air booth designs are wheelchair accessible and our attendants are happy to assist any guest. If you have specific accessibility needs, let us know ahead of time and we'll make sure the setup accommodates everyone comfortably.
With our digital sharing add-on, guests can instantly receive their photos and videos via text message or email right at the booth. Everything is also uploaded to a private online gallery that you can share after the event. Digital sharing makes it easy for guests to post to social media, send to friends, and relive the fun — no app download required.
No limits! Guests can take as many photos as they want and every session prints instantly. We bring plenty of supplies — paper, ink, and props — to handle events of any size. The booth runs nonstop for the entire duration of your rental.
Your online gallery with all high-resolution photos and videos is typically available within 3–5 business days after your event. If you opted for digital sharing, guests will have already received their individual photos via text or email in real time during the event.
