Every booth, every rental, every time — your private online gallery is included free. You always get digital copies of the photos your guests take: every branded layout and every unedited original, ready to download, favorite, share, and order prints from.
“Your Gallery Is Ready”
Most galleries are finished and emailed within 48 to 72 hours of your event; during our busiest stretches it can take up to two weeks. One tap opens every photo on any phone, tablet or computer — nothing to install and no account to create. Forward that same link to everyone who was there, and they can favorite the shots they love, download a single photo or grab the whole event in one batch, and share the gallery straight into a text or a post. As the host you also get a private management link, so you can hide any photo you would rather not have in there.
Every Photo, Full Resolution
Every session gives you two things. There’s the branded layout your guests took home from the printer — your custom design, laid out and formatted. And there are the original frames straight off the camera: full-size, unbranded, no layout, nothing added. One tap switches the whole gallery between the two. Everything downloads at full print resolution, and you own the rights — print them, post them, send them to whoever you like. Galleries stay online for at least a year after the event.
Post-Event Printing From Your Gallery
Your gallery does more than hold the photos — you can order prints straight from it after the event, in larger sizes and unbranded versions the booth never produces on the night. Here’s how that sits alongside the printing already included in your rental.
At the event
- IncludedUnlimited onsite printing. Guests print as many copies as they want, all night, every one in your custom branded layout.
- UpgradeA full set of prints. An extra printed copy of every photo taken, yours to carry home at the end of the night.
- UpgradeScrapbook. That full set of prints built into a memory book at the event — every photo pasted in beside a handwritten note from the guests who posed for it. Your attendant assembles it as the night goes, and you take it home with you.
From your gallery After the event · All optional
- Specialty sizes. Larger enlargements ordered from any photo in the gallery, printed on premium lustre paper and shipped to you anywhere in the US or Canada.
- The raw originals. The unbranded, unformatted 4×6 versions we never print at the booth, mailed to you afterward. A favorite with strip layouts — each shot on a strip is small, and the raw set prints every one of them full size.
