No. GuestView runs entirely in the phone's web browser. Guests simply scan the QR code on a business card, a table sign, or the big screen, and they're instantly in the gallery — no app, no account, no sign-up.

It's the perfect complement. The booth captures posed, polished, professionally-lit shots. GuestView captures everything around the booth — the candids, the dance floor, the speeches, the moments you never saw. Best of all, both streams land in the same gallery, so your booth photos and your guests' candids live together in one place.

Both. Guests can snap brand-new photos and videos right from their phone's browser, or upload ones already on their phone — whatever is easiest in the moment.

It's the showpiece of GuestView. We can put the gallery up on a TV or projector at your venue, and the full-screen slideshow automatically folds in new photos as guests upload them — each one credited by name. A “scan to add yours” QR code stays in the corner to keep new guests joining all night. It doubles as live entertainment and a real-time guestbook.

An optional one-tap label a guest can put on a photo as they upload it — Cocktail Hour, Dance Floor, Props, Getting Ready, and so on. If your event is using them, they turn into filter chips at the top of the gallery so you can jump straight to a part of the night. Tagging is never required and never blocks an upload.

Instantly. Photos appear in the gallery the moment they're uploaded, so you can watch the night unfold live and scroll through the entire gallery that same evening — no waiting weeks for edited galleries to come back.

Only people with your event's link. Your gallery is never listed publicly — guests get in through your QR code, and that's it. By default, guests who share photos can also browse the full gallery. If you'd rather keep browsing to yourselves, we can set your event so each guest's link opens only their own photos — the full gallery stays with you and whoever you choose to send it to.

No. GuestView includes unlimited guests and unlimited uploads.

Yes — any booth, any package, for a flat $99. Booked alongside a booth, your gallery QR code prints right on the 4×6 prints coming out of the booth, so every photo a guest walks away with is also an invitation to add their own. Reach out with your event details and we'll add it to your booth options.

$199 for GuestView on its own, or $99 when you add it to any photo booth rental. That's a flat, per-event price — unlimited guests and unlimited uploads either way, with no per-photo charges.
