Booths for Vermont weddings, mountain resorts, and foliage-season events.
Get Your QuoteVermont is a destination wedding market. Barn venues, mountain resorts, inns, and converted farms draw couples from across the Northeast for summer and foliage-season celebrations. We have been making the trip to Vermont for years, and the state remains one of our most photogenic event markets.
Vermont weddings are dominated by rustic, agricultural, and mountain aesthetics. Barn venues and converted farms drive most of the bookings, with mountain resort weddings clustered around Stowe, Killington, and Okemo. The Open Air booth is the most popular choice; its flexibility handles the mixed lighting and varied setups common in Vermont venues.
Burlington is the primary corporate hub, with technology and university-related events driving most of the calendar. Mountain resort corporate retreats add a steady layer, particularly in the off-season.
Southern Vermont has no travel fee: Brattleboro, Bennington, Manchester, Rutland, Woodstock, Quechee, White River Junction and Middlebury are all within standard range of our Pioneer Valley team in South Hadley. Burlington, Stowe, Montpelier and the Northeast Kingdom may include a travel line item based on distance. We confirm that up front on the quote and consolidate travel costs whenever possible.
Every booth is fully staffed, professionally lit, and built for the real pace of live events. Tap any booth to see details and pricing.

The Open Air booth. It handles the mixed lighting and flexible setups of barn venues better than enclosed booths, and it accommodates higher throughput for larger receptions.

It depends on your event type, guest count, and the experience you want. For weddings, the LuxPod or Mirror Booth are our most popular choices. For corporate events, the 360 Booth or Headshot Booth are great options. Not sure? Tell us about your event and we'll recommend the best setup.
We begin setup about 90 minutes before your event starts, so everything is ready on time. Breakdown takes about 30 minutes after the event ends. Both are included at no extra cost.
