Booths for Seacoast, Lakes Region, and statewide events.
Get Your QuoteNew Hampshire covers a wide range of event types for us. The Seacoast runs a tight summer and fall wedding season out of Portsmouth and the beach communities, the Lakes Region adds resort and barn venue weddings, and Manchester brings a steady corporate and private party base. Mountain weddings in the north add a distinct late-summer and foliage-season layer.
New Hampshire weddings lean toward barn venues, inns, coastal clubs, and mountain resorts. The aesthetic ranges from rustic to refined depending on the region. The Open Air booth is particularly popular for barn and tented venues; LuxPod and Mirror cover coastal and resort receptions.
Manchester and the Nashua-Salem corridor drive most of our corporate work, with technology, manufacturing, and healthcare as the main industries. Portsmouth adds a smaller but active corporate and nonprofit event base.
Southern New Hampshire, the Seacoast and the Laconia area are within our standard no-travel-fee range. The White Mountains, the rest of the Lakes Region and the North Country are served regularly; a travel fee may apply based on distance, confirmed up front on the quote.

The Open Air booth. Its footprint works well in barn and tented venues, and the lighting setup handles the mixed conditions common in rustic venues.
Heavily. Foliage weekends from late September through mid-October are some of our busiest dates in New Hampshire. Book as early as possible for those weekends.
Southern New Hampshire and the Seacoast are covered within standard pricing. The Lakes Region and North Country may include a small travel line item depending on the event.

It depends on your event type, guest count, and the experience you want. For weddings, the LuxPod or Mirror Booth are our most popular choices. For corporate events, the 360 Booth or Headshot Booth are great options. Not sure? Tell us about your event and we'll recommend the best setup.
We begin setup about 90 minutes before your event starts, so everything is ready on time. Breakdown takes about 30 minutes after the event ends. Both are included at no extra cost.
We need a 10' x 10' space, 8.5' ceilings for the backdrop, one standard electrical outlet, and a table with linen. One vendor meal and one parking spot per booth are also requested. Wi-Fi is preferred for digital sharing but not required.
Absolutely! We customize the photo strip layout, backdrop, props, and even the booth exterior to match your brand or event theme. Custom backdrops start at $150+. Our in-house design team creates your print layout at no extra charge.
