Providence is the corporate center. Healthcare, higher education, and professional services companies book us for conferences, galas, and holiday parties. Brown University and the Rhode Island School of Design add a steady stream of university-affiliated events.

"I first found New England Photo Booth because they had a super-flattering “roving” photo setup at a work event. The photo and rig were so impressive I knew I wanted to hire them for our party. They are not the cheapest, but two big factors sold me anyway (and more proved true later): 1) no one else I have found has this particular roving setup. It’s a high quality camera, bright & large flash, and instant digital copies; 2) they are a highly professional business - they have clear infographics of their various offerings, they communicate payment due dates, start times, and details throughout, from contact to day of & beyond. Their professionalism continued on the night of the party - the setup looked outstanding, had a 10x10 backdrop, a manned photo station (thank you to Cam!), quick printer, and props. Meanwhile, Xavier (who was awesome!) roved the party, capturing tons of guests and groups. He told me his goal was to get me with as many of our guests as possible, which I greatly appreciated and which he made every attempt to deliver! The clear communication and on-site support meant I barely took a photo all night, but I was in dozens. I could relax and enjoy my guests, instead of fixing a jammed printer or continuously checking a Polaroid that never develops. That peace of mind was completely worth it! Yes. Block Island events include ferry logistics, which our team handles directly. Ferry passage and any required overnight lodging are travel expenses covered by the client, itemized up front on the quote.

Every rental includes a dedicated on-site attendant, setup and breakdown, unlimited photo sessions and prints, a custom-designed print layout with your event logo, a curated prop collection, and an online gallery of all photos.
It depends on your event type, guest count, and the experience you want. For weddings, the LuxPod or Mirror Booth are our most popular choices. For corporate events, the 360 Booth or Headshot Booth are great options. Not sure? Tell us about your event and we'll recommend the best setup.
We begin setup about 90 minutes before your event starts, so everything is ready on time. Breakdown takes about 30 minutes after the event ends. Both are included at no extra cost.
We need a 10' x 10' space, 8.5' ceilings for the backdrop, one standard electrical outlet, and a table with linen. One vendor meal and one parking spot per booth are also requested. Wi-Fi is preferred for digital sharing but not required.
Absolutely! We customize the photo strip layout, backdrop, props, and even the booth exterior to match your brand or event theme. Custom backdrops start at $150+. Our in-house design team creates your print layout at no extra charge.
The sooner the better — most people book 6–12 months in advance. We're currently taking reservations up to three years out. Peak wedding season (May–October) books up fast, so lock in your date early.
