The booth you choose is the biggest factor in the price. Print booths are sold as 3-hour and 4-hour packages; video and roaming booths are sold by the hour, from 2 to 5 hours. Every price includes delivery within our core service area, setup, breakdown and a trained attendant for the whole rental.

What Each Photo Booth Package Includes
Print booths (Open Air Photo Tower, HD Tripod Pro, LuxPod, Flashback and Mirror Booth) come in four packages. The difference between them is the number of hours and whether a guest scrapbook is included.

Video and roaming booths (360 Booth, GlamBot, GIF Booth, Roaming Booth, Confessional Video Booth and Eventographer) are priced by length: Standard is 2 hours, Party is 3, Formal is 4 and Platinum is 5.

There are no per-print fees and no separate charges for setup. Every New England Photo Booth rental includes:

Wedding reception
Most couples choose the Open Air Photo Tower or the Mirror Booth for 3 or 4 hours, often with the guest scrapbook. The most popular wedding packages land between $999 and $1,249.
Birthday, Sweet 16 or mitzvah
A 3-hour Party package on the Open Air Photo Tower covers most parties. The 360 Booth is a popular second booth for the dance floor.
Corporate event
A branded print design with your logo is included. Headshot booths start at $1,000 for 3 hours and the GlamBot at $2,500 for 2 hours.
What Changes the Price of a Photo Booth Rental
Booth type
A print booth such as the Open Air Photo Tower starts at $824. The Mirror Booth starts at $1,099, the 360 Booth at $1,299, and the GlamBot, which uses a motorized camera arm, at $2,500.
Hours of service
Packages run from 2 to 5 hours depending on the booth. Setup takes about 90 minutes and breakdown about 30; neither counts against your hours.
Package and add-ons
Gold and Platinum packages add a guest scrapbook. Extras such as the Audio Guestbook ($350), green screen ($100+) or a custom backdrop ($150+) are priced separately.
Location

"We recently used NE PhotoBooth for our son’s wedding, renting the confessional booth. Huge shout out and thank you to your technicians, Ryan and Carolyn for going above and beyond with set up!! We were delayed on our end (service much longer than anticipated and had to shelter in place for a tornado warning). Not your typical kind of scenario 😅. They got creative and had a set up in place by the time we arrived. We booked for beginning of cocktail hour to start of reception. Based on our experience, my suggestions would be; be mindful there may be lengthy speeches, dances, etc at the beginning. You will want guests to have time to visit the booth. Be sure to alert your guests the booth is available for the timeframe rented and briefly explain the process. This will help to get as many guests to participate. Main goal is to get a good turnout for the newlyweds to view and enjoy! My son and new wife loved it (my only regret was not everyone left a message). I did, however, tell people they were really looking forward to them."
